We are making real progress on the new Bayview Kubota location in Miramichi, and it is starting to look and feel like a dealership instead of just a construction site.

Over the past few weeks, things have moved quickly. The showroom walls are up, all front offices are framed and finished, the boardroom is complete, and the ceilings are now in place. Walking through the building today, you can clearly see the layout come to life. What was once open space now shows exactly where customers will walk in, where sales conversations will happen, and where our team will operate every day.

Electrical work is nearing completion throughout the building. That means we are getting close to lighting, systems, and all the behind the scenes infrastructure that keeps a dealership running smoothly. It is not always the most visible phase of construction, but it is one of the most important.

The parts area is being drywalled, which is a big milestone. The parts department is the backbone of any dealership. It supports the service team, keeps customers moving, and helps minimize downtime during the busiest times of year. Seeing this space take shape is a reminder that this is not just a showroom build. It is a full service operation being built from the ground up.

The service and operational areas are coming together in a way that reflects how we want to serve our customers. Clean layout, efficient flow between departments, and a space designed for long term functionality. From sales to parts to service, everything is being built with purpose.

From the outside, the scale of the building is impressive. Inside, it is even more exciting. With the boardroom, offices, and showroom ceilings complete, you can now visualize the finished space. Bright, professional, and ready to represent the Kubota brand the right way in Miramichi and the surrounding region.

This new Miramichi location strengthens our presence in the area and improves access to Kubota farm, construction, and turf equipment, along with full parts and service support. It also represents continued growth for Bayview Kubota and our commitment to investing in the communities we serve.

There is still work to do, but the momentum is strong. Every week brings noticeable changes, and we are getting closer to the stage where equipment starts rolling in and the final touches begin.

It is coming together quickly, and we are proud of the progress so far.

Stay tuned for more updates as Bayview Kubota Miramichi continues to take shape.
